Tea   Leave a comment

My Mother always said, “There’s nothing like a good cup of tea!”  I agree; for many reasons.  Hot or cold, tea is a cup full of love.  Just take one teaspoon dried or one tablespoon fresh herb, add 6 – 8 oz of boiling water, cover, steep for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy.  A teaspoonful of good local honey adds a fancy touch; as does a slice of lemon!
